"Becoming"

This drawing explores self-discovery as a tender, transformative process. The woman, emerging from a flower, is not separate from it - she is becoming it. Breathing through the petals, she learns to survive in unfamiliar depths.

Her expression holds both fear and awakening - a moment where identity begins to surface. Self-discovery isn’t always gentle, but it is honest. Here, it’s about unfolding, even when it feels uncertain, and finding yourself within the bloom.

"Rooted Awakening" This image captures a moment of deep inner shift - where self-discovery begins from the roots. The figure rises upside-down, emerging from the earth, holding a blooming flower toward the sky. Her body flows like a river of energy, blending with both ground and growth. The sunset suggests the end of an old chapter; the bloom, a symbol of becoming. She holds herself between shadow and light, between what was and what’s possible. Healing here means allowing growth in unlikely directions - learning that sometimes, we rise by first surrendering to our depths.

“Between Shadows and Echoes” A lone figure stands before a towering tree, caught between presence and absence. The silhouette watches, perhaps searching or remembering - while a ghostlike version of herself fades behind the trunk, almost forgotten. This drawing speaks to the moments in therapy where we confront the parts of ourselves we’ve lost, abandoned, or hidden. The tree - strong, aged, yet still sprouting leaves - holds the space for transformation. Healing here is not loud; it’s subtle, rooted in recognition and quiet return.

"Held by What Heals" This piece explores healing as an inner union where the masculine and feminine within us meet, witness, and restore each other. The hand, both tree and gesture of offering, symbolises growth born of pain, reaching upward while rooted in memory. On the left, the masculine appears as an active seeker - drawn to the source, yearning to understand and hold. On the right, the feminine rests in quiet surrender - not needing to search, but to be present and feel. Together, they encircle the hand like sacred opposites in dialogue - showing that healing is not just recovery, but a return to inner balance, where strength and softness coexist, and the self becomes whole.

"Voice of the Untamed" This drawing evokes the fierce dance between vulnerability and instinct. The naked feminine figure - exposed, unapologetic - bears a panther upon her shoulders, its mouth roaring through her own, its gaze steady, watchful. She is both the voice of the beast and its bearer. A woman in her truth, no longer afraid of her wildness, no longer silencing the primal. Through the path of self-discovery, she doesn’t tame the anima - she integrates it. In therapy, this is the moment when the repressed comes alive, when rage transforms into power, and the self, once fragmented, begins to roar.

"The Balance Beyond Form" This drawing captures a moment of quiet bravery - a woman standing before a lion, not to conquer it, but to connect. The lion, eyes closed, symbolizes the powerful parts of ourselves we often fear: pain, anger, grief. Her touch is one of acceptance, not control. Flowing from her dress, small plants gro - signs of healing born from what once hurt. In therapy and self-discovery, this is the turning point: when we no longer run from our inner beasts, but meet them with compassion. Healing begins not in resistance, but in relationship.

"Letting Go" This artwork speaks to surrender - of control, of past selves, of resistance. The figure lies weightless atop a dandelion, a symbol of impermanence and transformation. She is both grounded and ready to drift, caught in the still moment before everything changes. The soft light around her body suggests release, not escape - a quiet acceptance. In healing, there comes a time when holding on becomes heavier than letting go. Here, self-discovery is not a fight - it’s a gentle falling into trust.

“Reaching Through the Dark” This drawing reflects the moment hope pierces through shadow. A woman stands poised between darkness and light, reaching upward - not in desperation, but with purpose. Her hand touches the glowing orb, a symbol of clarity, truth, or the self finally seen. The clouds represent the weight of old patterns, fears, or grief. But she is no longer beneath them - she walks on them, elevated by her own resilience. Healing here is not the absence of darkness, but the courage to rise through it and claim the light.
